We also offer services related to warehousing. Our unique combination of experience and service allows us to provide logistics services that offer a high degree of reliability while remaining cost-effective. We are registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Small And Medium Enterprises Development Agency Of Nigeria (SMEDAN) For you as our big client, we promise to serve you well.

- we undertake and carry on the delivery (whether Overseas or otherwise) of Document parcels, packages, and goods and things of all descriptions and generally to carry on business as delivery agents.
Our online store is one of the best food and medical store in the world In that case, we urge our clients to cooperate with us
1) All bookings for shipments, pickups, and deliveries must be done online (on our site) if you can’t come to any of our offices, liaising with our riders is highly prohibited
2) we have two mode of shipments ( fast tracks and normal tariff ) our fast track deliveries within Nigeria are done within three days while normal shipments are done within Two weeks while for international deliveries fast tracks did within one week while normal tariffs are done within a period of a month to two months
3) when we receive your orders, (Either you buy from our online store or book a shipment for deliveries )tracking codes will be sent to you which will enable you to track your orders, know the conditions of your orders. That being said, you will be receiving frequent emails informing you about your delivery status. This system was created to minimize the rate of calls we get m a day. We’ll prefer you to make use of our chatbox, we have our customers there to reply to your messages.
4) Before our riders/delivery agents leave for deliveries assigned to them, our team calls the receiver informing him/her the date and time for deliveries, getting there within that period only to find out that either the number of the receiver is switched off, not accessible or he/she is not available, we’ll give the receiver a period of time which falls within fast track tariffs and normal tariffs if still not accessible, the item will be returned back to the shipper or any of our offices, extra charges will be paid if the same delivery needs to be made.
5) Goods bought and delivered in good conditions from our online store will not be accepted if returned in bad condition
6) it is a criminal office to send a fake alert or present a bounced cheque.
7) Aside from pickup and deliveries, our courier team leaves in two batches (twice a day) first batch 9 am second batch 1 pm
8) Alcohol, Tobacco, weed, cigarettes, Toxic, flammable or hazardous products, Firearms & ammunition Objects with sentimental value, Ammunition, Fireworks, Hazardous waste, Bank bills, notes or currency (other than coins), Bullion, Loose precious and semi-precious stones, Human remains, Live animals, Animal parts and trophies, Narcotics, Illegal objects, Pornography, Gold is highly prohibited
9) All packages must be reviewed and crosschecked before we accept them
10) If cash should be accepted from the receiver and remitted back to the sender, the rider/delivery agent must look for a nearby POS center and send it immediately
